Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

  • Plan and execute cross-functional digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain our social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data to inform future strategy and optimize spend.
  • Identify trends and insights, utilizing data-driven decision making to inform campaign optimization and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to drive desired outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and managing complex digital marketing campaigns, with expertise in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising.
  • Highly creative individual with experience identifying target audiences and devising effective digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels to drive conversions.
  • Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, with a proven track record of driving results through experimentation.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving platforms.
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
