Job Description:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, including fixed payments and variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgets. This is a vital role that plays a significant part in maintaining the company's financial health.

This includes accurately and efficiently managing accounting transactions, preparing timely budget forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation, publishing financial statements promptly to keep stakeholders informed, handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with precision, reconciling accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial accuracy, ensuring timely bank payments to avoid any potential late fees or penalties, and managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare timely budget forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Publish financial statements promptly, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with precision
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial accuracy
  • Ensure timely bank payments, avoiding any potential late fees or penalties
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements to inform business decisions
Requirements:

A successful candidate will possess current salary range not required, previous experience in school accounting is an asset, and intermediate level of education is preferred.

Working Conditions:

This position requires full-time work with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
