Job Description

The Assistant Manager Finance is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the finance department. This includes analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions to enhance efficiency, and supervising staff to ensure they are working effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the operational activities of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Monitor systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  3. Analyze business processes and develop solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  4. Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
