Leading External Audit Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned audit professional to lead complex engagements from a remote setting. This role will contribute to the growth of our MENA Audit business.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a senior leader, you will oversee audits by collaborating with stakeholders to define strategies and ensure compliance with our policies. You will execute advanced procedures, manage financial aspects, and support business development while fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality work.
- Identify risks and escalate issues promptly.
- Coach junior team members and contribute to talent acquisition, retention, and training initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge development programs for staff improvement.
To excel in this role, you should possess a proactive approach, be accountable, and have a results-driven mindset. Effectively managing priorities, understanding resources, and communicating well will enhance your performance and positively influence others.
Required Expertise and ExperienceA strong academic record and professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA/CPA/CA, along with extensive experience in external audit at a reputable firm, is required.
