Job Title: Revenue Growth Specialist

We are a growing short-term rental business.

Our mission is to provide guests with top-tier experiences while maximizing returns for our portfolio.

The Revenue Growth Specialist will be responsible for analyzing performance data, reviewing market trends, and implementing smart pricing strategies to increase both occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).

This role requires deep knowledge of revenue management tools and strong analytical skills to ensure we consistently outperform the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

  • Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time.

  • Leverage tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities.

  • Track and report on key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance.

  • Run weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to align pricing with guest satisfaction and unit performance.

  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends in short-term rentals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements.

  • Proficiency with tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty.

  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret and act on performance data.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with problem-solving.
