Director of Pharmaceutical Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing operations in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry or pharmaceutics, with at least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving corporate goals through production plan execution, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality objectives. They will also oversee the engineering department to ensure smooth plant operations.

• Ensure consistent production of high-quality products on a high degree of safety and efficacy through compliance with cGMP standards.
• Implement efficient plant operations according to cGMP requirements.
• Comply with regulatory requirements of the country.
• Optimize production expenses by monitoring and guiding the Production and Engineering teams.
• Enhance per shift and per person productivity.
• Achieve global compliance with cGMP Standards, International Certifications, and TQM.
• Provide guidance to the Research & Development team on formulation, process development, master technical document development, analytical process development, process improvement, and new technologies development.
