Job Title: Expert WordPress Developer

This role involves managing multiple WordPress websites with utmost reliability. Key responsibilities include securing sites against phishing, malware and unauthorized API integrations.

  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress issues such as plugin/theme conflicts, database errors and performance bottlenecks.
  • Review and optimize code to ensure it is clean, secure and free from vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain WordPress core, plugins and themes without disrupting site functionality.
  • Build or modify themes/plugins in PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS when required.
  • Optimize website performance by implementing caching, CDN and database tuning.
  • Set up systems for monitoring uptime, detecting unusual activity and performing secure backups.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML and CSS.
  • Expertise in debugging, site hardening and securing WordPress environments.
  • Hands-on experience preventing and cleaning up malware, phishing and injected code attacks.
  • Familiarity with hosting, cPanel/WHM, DNS, SSL and firewalls.
  • Experience with security plugins and server-level hardening.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
