Job Details

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead client relationship management, data analysis, and requirements gathering for our merchandising application. As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will drive system enhancements, improve reporting dashboards, and deliver actionable insights from field data.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Gather and document client requirements for new reports, dashboards, and system features.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of merchandising data (shop visits, coverage, planogram compliance, IR accuracy, field team productivity).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) to enhance data visualization and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver enhancements and ensure smooth UAT & deployment.
  • Present performance reviews and insights to client stakeholders on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience in account management, business analysis, or data analytics—preferably in FMCG, retail tech, or SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
