Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Welder in our organization. This is a contract-based role, and we require an individual with previous experience in welding.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints, operate various types of welding equipment, and ensure quality control of finished products.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications for the workpiece and materials required
- Operate different types of welding equipment, such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)
- Conduct regular quality checks on the finished products to ensure they meet the specified standards
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Successful candidates will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
