This multifaceted position demands both creative vision and strategic management, harmonizing high-quality concept development with structured project coordination.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the Creative Process: Guide the team towards innovative and impactful projects.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, ensuring a strong narrative voice.
- Streamline Studio Operations: Allocate resources and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative work with business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain exceptional quality control, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and inspire creative ideation.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership or studio management role within an agency, with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in creative direction, project execution, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and creative workflows, with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience with AI tools for creative development and process optimisation is highly desirable, as well as a strong understanding of design principles and industry trends.
