We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing LinkedIn ad campaigns that drive business growth and generate leads.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about digital marketing and has expertise in LinkedIn's advertising platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement LinkedIn ad campaigns that align with clients' business goals and target audience.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with LinkedIn users and drive engagement.
  • Utilize LinkedIn's advanced targeting options to reach the right audience segments.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, leads, and conversions.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored LinkedIn ad strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including content, design, and analytics to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least two years of experience running ads on LinkedIn after completion of undergraduate degree.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's advertising platform, targeting options, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
