Senior Electrical Manager Position Overview

This senior electrical management role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in large-scale industrial settings, preferably within the steel or cement sectors.

The successful candidate will possess hands-on knowledge of 132 KV Grid stations, 11 KV and 415 V distribution systems, as well as project monitoring expertise. Electronics background is considered an asset, while five years of managerial experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in large-scale industrial settings, preferably steel/cement industries
  • Hands-on experience with 132 KV Grid stations, 11 KV and 415 V distribution systems
  • Strong understanding of electronics principles and technology
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
