Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create innovative and user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will design intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

This role involves close collaboration with product, development, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities include designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications.

The successful candidate will ensure all designs align with our brand identity and usability standards.

They will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and iterate on design concepts.

Conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing is also crucial in uncovering user pain points and preferences.

Research insights will be used to optimize and refine user experiences across platforms.

A comprehensive design system will be developed and maintained to ensure consistency across all products and reusable design components.

Creating user flows, interactions, and micro-interactions will deliver intuitive and frictionless user experiences.

Usability tests on prototypes and live products will be conducted, feedback collected, and design solutions improved accordingly.

Staying updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices will drive innovation and maintain a modern design approach.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of interaction design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Skilled in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles (a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in UI/UX design or equivalent hands-on experience are a plus.
