Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage all aspects of Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing position descriptions, recruitment plans, and conducting recruitments with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Ensures compliance with collective bargaining agreements and posts job openings on relevant job boards.
  2. Routes recruitment materials for review and approval, processes final offers, and notifies interviewees not selected.
  3. Creates standard operating procedures for hiring, develops HR policies, and manages employee rewards and benefits.
  4. Manages employee vacations, appraisals, and suggests increments, while maintaining a conducive work environment.

The successful candidate will be proactive and independent, able to take initiative and assume responsibility for assigned tasks. We seek someone confident, motivated, and driven to achieve results.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent experience
  • Software house experience is preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR
