Specialist Barista

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Specialist Barista to lead our coffee and cocktail operations and drive innovation in beverage preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee and mixology, with the ability to craft exceptional beverages and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Preparation: Develop and execute innovative cocktail recipes, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for customers.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, creating a positive and memorable experience for patrons.
  • Quality Control: Regularly evaluate the freshness and quality of coffee beans, ingredients, and garnishes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with management to place orders and keep track of stock to prevent shortages.
  • Menu Development: Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.
  • Training and Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a seamless and coordinated service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Barista or Mixologist with a focus on coffee and cocktails.
  • Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and cocktail ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of flavor profiles and the ability to create unique and appealing beverages.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
