Youth Outreach Coordinator

This role involves collaborating with the team to facilitate participation of beneficiary households in project implementation.

• Youth recruitment and formation of Green Youth Movement (GYM) clubs:
• Identify suitable youth participants based on shared role profiles and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure smooth election processes for GYM club formations in various communities.
• Develop and operationalize project plans for GYM clubs in local communities.
• Support GYM leadership in creating work plans and Youth Leadership Action (YLA) projects.
• Address disputes and conflicts within GYM clubs and provide necessary support.
• Contribute to regular reporting and monitoring activities.
• Offer guidance to YLA teams under the GYM clubs.
• Collaborate in developing a comprehensive work plan for the Public-Private Partnership for Learning Infrastructure (PYLI) project.
• Support district coordinators in organizing training sessions and events.
• Capture valuable insights and lessons from the implementation process.

• Enthusiasm for working with youth and communities.
• Brief understanding of climate change and sustainability principles.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Local language fluency, with basic English skills being desirable.
• Ability to travel and conduct fieldwork within the community.
