Job Title: Medical Services Director

Key Responsibilities
  • To effectively manage emergency patients by conducting timely primary and secondary assessments (triage) and implementing immediate management strategies.
  • To adhere to the Indus hospital A&E department's standard operating procedures (SOPs) when providing patient care, ensuring optimal management skills are utilized during procedures.
  • To guarantee that all work procedures and technical specifications required by the hospital are executed according to clinical SOPs.
  • Provide medical support to team members to facilitate efficient patient management.
  • Patient medical information documentation is mandatory.
  • Proper handover of patients at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a professional and polite approach with patients at all times to ensure a thorough understanding of their concerns.
  • Adhere to the designated dress code as per human resource guidelines.
