Expert in Energy Efficiency and Conservation

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of energy efficiency and conservation efforts within the organization. This includes planning and organizing events, meetings, and campaigns to educate constituents and increase awareness of energy efficiency and conservation.

This role requires extensive awareness and outreach, as well as content development, designing, and operationalization. The expert will assist in tasks such as developing communication strategies, standardizing templates, and introducing training programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social sciences or a relevant discipline, with at least 4-6 years of experience in energy efficiency and conservation. Postgraduate qualifications are preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing communication strategies to sensitize stakeholders and promote energy efficiency and conservation
  • Standardizing templates for internal and external communications
  • Developing branding guidelines and institutional reporting
  • Designing training programs and developing training materials
  • Coodinating with media outlets for reporting of energy efficiency workshops and seminars
