About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to advocate for exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and address customer pain points, continually improving the overall usability and accessibility of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

You will collaborate with product managers to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap and work closely with engineering teams to bring designs to life. You will establish design requirements based on internal team information and user research, create concepts and wireframes, and deliver high-quality designs through testing and development.

You will present and defend your product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, adhering to our existing design system while pushing its boundaries. Your goal will be to consistently introduce impactful ideas and improve the design quality of our products.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally designing complex or enterprise-level software. A design degree in VCD, UX, Fine Arts, Interaction Design, or CS focusing on HCI or relevant experience is required. You must have familiarity with UX research and the ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.

You should have proven experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. Additionally, you should have an excellent eye for visual design and the ability to help fellow designers. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional team members and have a versatile portfolio that showcases deep interaction and visual design skills.

Your passion for design should not be satisfied with the status quo, and you should always think of ways to improve. You will require creative problem-solving skills and excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills to clearly articulate your design vision and rationale to any audience ranging from fellow designers to leadership teams.
