About the Role
  • This senior-level position involves overseeing operations, coordinating with teams, and increasing productivity.
  • You will evaluate operating procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with project managers and account managers to evaluate business opportunities, ramp up resources across various cloud technologies, and apply Agile methodology to iterate quickly through product versions.
  • You will work closely with multiple clients to focus on niche problem areas, guide development, architecture, and presales teams with technical inputs, and review and support RFP and SOW.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery, client satisfaction, and assisting business teams with solution approaches to identify and solve issues.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFront, etc.).
  • Experience in Azure PaaS services such as Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL Database, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Function Apps, Blob storage, APIM, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure AD, Azure Application Insights, Key Vault, and security concepts.
  • Experience in conceptualizing solutions and developing architecture for large AWS/Azure engagements.
  • Experience with cloud migration assessment and migration strategy for large migration programs.
  • Familiarity with data centre concepts, high-availability systems, capacity planning, system performance evaluation, and diagnostic techniques.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps technologies and APIs to architect cloud-ready applications.
  • Develop automation scripts (Python, Shell, PowerShell, VB scripts) for automation of system and application administration on cloud.
  • Knowledge of security and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with service management and ticketing tools.
