Professional Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a leadership role. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for making technical contributions to clients in financial and non-financial service sectors.

You will establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships, execute complex assurance procedures, supervise junior team members, and help define strategy. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to determine whether the work plan is properly executed, documented, and concluded in compliance with our Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) guidelines.

As a key member of the team, you will create a positive learning culture, coach, and counsel junior team members, and help them develop their skills. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong academic record, including a degree, professional accountancy qualification, or working towards gaining one, as well as five years of relevant work experience.

Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP standards, understanding of risk-based auditing, and compliance with regulatory requirements are essential. A track record with a leading audit firm is also desirable. Proficiency in the Arabic language is ideal but not mandatory.
