Sales Professional

We are looking for a skilled Sales Professional to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer needs.
The Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies that meet company objectives and expand our customer base globally.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales for various products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Use Excel to manage and analyze sales data, forecast sales, and prepare reports.
- Keep the customer database up-to-date to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the organization.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and its products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Professional or in a similar sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the general trading industry is a plus.
