Weaving Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Weaving Expert to oversee fabric quality, analyze weaving structures, and contribute to innovative fabric development.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in dobby and jacquard designs, fabric analysis, and lab testing, ensuring the highest weaving standards.

• Analyze finished fabrics to assess weave quality, yarn count, single/double ply, twisting, punching, and spinning techniques.
• Conduct lab tests to ensure fabric strength, durability, and consistency.
• Provide creative input on fabric enhancements such as polyester slub, viscose slub, and other techniques to make the fabric stand out.
• Ensure quality control in weaving processes and suggest improvements.
• Work with weaving machinery and understand technical specifications to maintain optimal production quality.

• Educational Background: Degree in Textile Engineering, Weaving, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in weaving quality control & fabric analysis.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant weaving machines and processes.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to suggest fabric enhancements and design improvements.
