Coffee Specialist

• Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee, tea, and other beverages
  2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
  4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
  5. Recommend specialty drinks based on customer preferences
  6. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
  7. Follow food safety guidelines when handling food items
  8. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary

• Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent education
  2. Prior experience as a barista or in the food industry preferred
  3. Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Customer-oriented attitude
  7. Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
  8. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
