Job Overview

This is a key leadership role that requires an accomplished and seasoned UI/UX Designer to oversee projects from conceptualization to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging user experiences that meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in translating business needs into wireframes, final prototype mock-ups and design sign-off of implemented solutions. They will also need to demonstrate their ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Design Development: Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Communication Design or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in designing mobile apps and web interfaces.
  • Skills: Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio: An online portfolio is required for consideration.
