Job Title: Strategic Planner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment of site progress with schedules.
  • Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) claims for projects.
  • Track project progress and identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks for management review.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) as per project plan.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting for projects.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs for planning accuracy.
  • Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the site team in achieving milestones within time, cost, and quality constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project, hands-on experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring. They will also have exposure to EOT claims, delay analysis, and project controls, as well as practical knowledge of construction processes and contracts.
