Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate AI Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to develop, optimize, and deploy AI and machine learning models that solve real-world problems.

The role involves working with large datasets, training models, fine-tuning deep learning architectures, and integrating AI solutions into production systems.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.

Professional Experience

Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in developing and deploying AI models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deploy LLM-based Chatbots: Design and implement advanced conversational capabilities for chatbots.
  • Integrate and Fine-tune AI Models: Integrate OpenAI models (GPT-4, DALL·E, Whisper, etc.) and other AI frameworks for diverse applications.
  • Implement RAG Models: Enhance AI-driven search and recommendation systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation models.
  • Work on Agent-based AI Models: Develop task automation, intelligent decision-making, and workflow optimization using Agent-based AI models.
  • Leverage Vision AI and Generative AI: Create image, video, and text-generation solutions using Vision AI and Generative AI.
  • Design and Implement AI-driven Automation: Enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency by designing and implementing AI-driven automation in CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop Scalable Backend Solutions: Develop scalable backend solutions using Python and Node.js, integrating AI models via APIs and microservices.
  • Optimize AI Models: Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Stay Up-to-date with Latest Advancements: Stay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and Generative AI to enhance AI applications.
  • Ensure Data Security and Ethics: Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation in all projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with LLMs, RAG, and Agent-based AI models for real-world applications.
  • Strong understanding of OpenAI API integration, including text, image, and voice-based models.
  • Expertise in Grok and DeepSeek models for AI-driven automation and chatbot development.
  • Experience with Vision AI and Generative AI for multimodal applications.
  • Solid background in backend development with Python and Node.js, including API development, microservices, and database integration.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) and their role in RAG-based AI systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.
  • API Development: Ability to build RESTful APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django for AI-powered applications.
  • Mathematical & Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, statistics, optimization techniques, and gradient descent algorithms.
