We are seeking a highly skilled software development expert to lead our front-end web client applications for various software platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and estimate assigned tasks.
  • Write clean, efficient code and unit tests, ensuring a high level of test coverage.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure the security and performance of the client application meet design specifications.
  • Maintain systems by fixing existing issues and updating issue tracking software.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Control versions of code and research new technologies.
  • Lead a team of software engineers and mentor junior team members through training and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in the professional industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript technologies, including ReactJS, Redux, and Context.
  • Knowledge and experience of developing user interfaces with HTML and CSS, as well as design systems like Material-UI or Atomize.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and security compliances.
