About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Leadership professional to lead complex initiatives across multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, including tracking and planning projects, with a strong background in product ownership and Scrum certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives, providing on-site leadership and building a high-performing team to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Full Project Life Cycle Ownership: Take ownership of the project life cycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring successful delivery of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on project success criteria results, metrics, testing, and deployment management activities.
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Work creatively and analytically to solve problems, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Product Management: Collaborate with users and clients to understand their needs, defining the vision for the product and creating a product roadmap.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise project and program teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with superiors, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, influencing and gaining buy-in from executives and peers.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 10+ years of project and product management experience, including tracking and planning projects, with a strong background in product ownership and Scrum certification.
  • Certifications: Scrum certification is required.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment.
