Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell property units, visiting clients, and understanding their requirements to ensure deals are closed.
  • Act as the face of the company, providing a positive experience for each customer by offering a simple and seamless process.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales and closing deals in a timely manner. You will develop product knowledge and familiarity with routes and sites to brief potential investors effectively. This role requires meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, briefing clients thoroughly about relevant property units, conducting demonstrations and site visits, and ensuring timely deal closures. Additionally, you will follow up with clients to understand and adapt to evolving requirements and maintain good relationships with them. To excel in this position, you must meet daily KPIs such as calls and meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
