\Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with trade teams to develop and implement commercial trade transactions and payment conditions & procedures – booking of purchase, sales, transfers, etc. in the system
  • Be aware of sales tax and transport documentation procedures such as road transport permits/way-bills, carrier's responsibilities, dispatch documentation, etc.
  • Play an active role in book closing procedures such as monthly stock reconciliation, physical verification reports of stocks, and preparing monthly stock reports;
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory files and updating them on a daily basis.
  • Verify vendors'/service providers bills against work orders and check for correctness/authenticity for the services rendered;
  • Properly file and maintain documents for future reference and audit whenever required;
  • Escalate matters to higher levels wherever necessary and not resolved by self.
\Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain Management or Accounting and Finance
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in container execution.
