Business Intelligence Data Analyst

A leading e-commerce platform seeks a highly skilled data analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and experience with SQL, Python, or other business intelligence tools.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Provide data support for customer journey mapping, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to improve service quality and turnaround time.
  • Support A/B testing, customer segmentation, and targeted analysis to improve decision-making and optimize customer interactions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from a reputable institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical or data-driven role with hands-on SQL.
  • Expertise in MS Excel is essential.
  • Python knowledge is beneficial but not required.
  • You are comfortable using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude.
