Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing cost components across various ventures and functional areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cost Analysis and Optimization
    • Analyze fixed and variable cost components to identify areas of improvement
    • Develop and implement cost efficiency strategies to reduce expenses
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Design and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on cost and performance trends
  • Forecasting and Planning
    • Support monthly rolling forecasts with detailed cost outlooks
    • Work with functional teams to analyze variances and track actuals against targets
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Act as a finance business partner to Logistics & Warehousing functions
    • Drive cross-functional alignment on performance goals and cost efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost performance , business controlling, or FP&A, roles
  • Strong command of financial modeling and data analysis
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a must; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MS-Dynamics, SAP or Oracle NetSuite ) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or FMCG sectors will be an advantage
