We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills to join our team as Assistant Manager Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries related to quality data and system-related aspects, providing prompt and clear responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to serve as the primary contact for customer audits and information requests
- Gather, analyze, and maintain quality-related data to ensure accurate records and provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key quality metrics, offering real-time updates for relevant stakeholders
- Create periodic quality reports for both customers and internal use, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Assist in final inspections and other inspection processes as required to uphold quality standards
- Supervise and conduct inspections for NPD/PP samples, pre-cut, and final stages
- Review and approve items in alignment with SM QA standards at finish folding and cut-to-pack stages
- Maintain quality assurance documentation up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing for quality audits and customer evaluations
- Train the QA team to ensure correct product implementation, aiming to reduce rework and quality issues
Requirements:
- Graduation or Masters degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience
