We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team at Walee. As a deadline-focused resource, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and talent acquisition.
About the Job:- Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to attract top candidates, including writing engaging job descriptions.
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent through various channels.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships with vendors and partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective recruitment services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients, including timely responses to inquiries and updates on recruitment progress.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews and other recruitment activities, as needed.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in human resources or recruitment.
