About This Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized QuickBooks Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of accountants and overseeing various accounting activities, including taxes and reconciliations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising a team of accountants
  • Reviewing, recording, and entering general ledger transactions, including reconciliations
  • Providing professional services to clients, using cloud-based software for tax and accounting
  • Communicating and interacting with clients directly via phone, text, and email
  • Producing financials from QuickBooks and preparing ad-hoc requests from clients

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant field
  • ACCA/CA qualified or partially qualified
  • Previous QuickBooks experience required
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English
  • High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy in communication
  • Ability to multi-task and set daily, weekly, and monthly priorities

Preferred qualifications include: experience in QuickBooks Online and previous manager and supervisory roles. The ability to grow into this role and take on additional responsibilities is also desirable.
