Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to lead a high-performing team of Telesales Executives. The successful candidate will drive sales performance against ambitious targets, develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, and motivate their team to excel through effective leadership and management.

About the Role

This is an autonomous, broad role with responsibility for recruitment, training, coaching, development, motivation, and overall leadership of a team. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will lead a team of 15-40 Telesales Executives to consistently perform against stretching KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
  2. Motivate your team to excel through effective leadership and management.
  3. Lead a team of 15-40 Telesales Executives to consistently perform against stretching KPIs and targets.
  4. Recruit, train, coach, and develop individuals within the team.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Team Manager in outbound sales/telemarketing.
  • Results-driven and highly sales-oriented individual with a proven track record of success.
  • Natural leader who can motivate and inspire their team.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and extremely results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
