New Business Growth Executive Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented New Business Growth Executive to drive sales success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute daily outreach strategies on LinkedIn and via email to engage with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Qualify inbound leads and create a pipeline of potential customers using CRM systems and sales intelligence tools.
- Foster interest and schedule demos with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, following a structured process to optimize prospect engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and revenue generation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email marketing software, and cold calling tools.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
