About the Role:

We require a servant-leader who can guide our Agile team through best practices, ensure we're building the right things, and help the team continuously improve. This role is key to turning ideas into real value for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a facilitator for daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Help gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders and make sure they're well understood by the team.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Encourage feedback from end users and business partners to improve product quality and user experience.
  • Support the team in removing roadblocks and resolving issues quickly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team ownership.
  • Track team progress and make sure communication is open and transparent.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to improve Agile practices across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a Scrum Master with Agile teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on teamwork, with a servant-leader mindset.
