Visual Content Leader

As a seasoned Graphic Designer Manager, you will lead the design team in producing innovative and high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. Your expertise in brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout design will ensure all designs align with our branding and marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and design's role in supporting marketing initiatives. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch is essential. A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital and print design projects is also required.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the graphic design team to create visually compelling content that supports the company's vision and marketing strategy
- Ensuring all designs align with the company's branding and marketing objectives
- Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling design concepts supporting campaigns and product launches
- Overseeing the design process from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion
