Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to create visually stunning icons, screenshots and social posts that stand out in the App Store and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative store and social media posts based on creative briefs and own ideas.
  • Study design briefs and determine the requirements.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and create rough drafts to present ideas.
  • Develop visually appealing icons, screenshots, and social posts.
  • Resize and translate designs into required dimensions.
  • Set up A/B tests.
  • Create mood boards for icons.
  • Be open to feedback and amend designs after feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of basic graphic design principles (composition, hierarchy, lighting, color theory).
  • Proficiency in typography, digital painting, and illustration.
  • Proficiency in visual editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Passionate about creating awesome designs and keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Great team player attitude with collaborative mindset.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in ASO art is a plus.

Experience Required:

At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
