We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our organization through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  2. Client Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Team Management: Lead and manage teams to achieve sales targets, develop strategies, and implement plans to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
