Sales Strategy & Leadership:

Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for sanitary ware, stainless steel sinks, and PPRC pipes in the designated area.

Leverage leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of field sales executives, driving business growth and meeting sales targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.

Credit Sales Management:

Oversee the credit sales process, ensuring compliance with established credit terms and educating customers on payment conditions.

Nurture relationships with key accounts and facilitate timely processing of credit applications.

Payment Collection & Recovery:

Ensure the recovery of overdue payments from clients, proactively following up on outstanding invoices and collaborating with the finance department to facilitate payment collections.

Resolve any payment-related issues, negotiating repayment terms when necessary while maintaining positive customer relations.

Customer Relationship Management:

Foster long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.

Provide product training and technical support to customers, ensuring they understand product benefits and usage.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Monitor and report on sales performance, credit sales, and recovery activities to senior management.

Prepare detailed sales forecasts and provide insights into market conditions, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.

Team Management & Development:

Oversight of the field sales team's performance, conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching, and ensuring alignment with sales goals.

Organize regular training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Job Specification:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a focus on sanitary ware, stainless steel products, or piping systems.

Strong understanding of credit sales management and payment recovery processes.

Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts.

Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated region.
