Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all processes to ensure they are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and guidelines.

This role involves managing administrative and business-related tasks, as well as coordinating with head office and other branches/outlets.

The ideal candidate will have strong process understanding in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Business Networking, as well as experience in Inventory Management, Procurement, and Negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all processes to ensure timely completion and compliance with company policies
  • Manage administrative and business-related tasks, including procurement and inventory management
  • Coordinate with head office and other branches/outlets to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a business or e-commerce related area
  • At least 3-4 years of business operations experience, preferably in an e-commerce company
  • Strong leadership and monitoring skills
  • Ability to supervise associated staff
