**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the quality assurance process in our B2B sales department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of sales calls, emails, and chats to ensure they meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Evaluate and assess sales communications for quality, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Lead Monitoring: Monitor inbound sales leads to ensure proper handling and response time.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about accounts.
  • Data Analysis: Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and report on performance trends.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in Inside/Remote sales, and quality assurance in a relevant line of business.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and observational skills to assess sales communications, identify and report performance gaps.
  • Proficiency in QA tools, CRM systems (HubSpot).
