Business Development Lead

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Lead to drive expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, leveraging research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Growth Strategy:

  • Balancing revenue goals with customer-centric approaches

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients to foster relationships and promote products/services
  • Craft compelling sales pitches that address or predict client objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional feedback and after-sales support to build trust and loyalty
  • Nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, People per hour)
  • Customer support experience is highly valued
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation, rapport-building, and time management abilities
  • A degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (BCS/MBA)
