We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Lead to drive expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, leveraging research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Growth Strategy:
- Balancing revenue goals with customer-centric approaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to foster relationships and promote products/services
- Craft compelling sales pitches that address or predict client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key performance metrics
- Provide exceptional feedback and after-sales support to build trust and loyalty
- Nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
Requirements:
- A proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
- Experience working with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, People per hour)
- Customer support experience is highly valued
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation, rapport-building, and time management abilities
- A degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (BCS/MBA)
