We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Analyst. This position involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve software problems, configuration issues, and implement core software platforms.
  • Provide training and direction to internal teams on application usage and business workflow.
  • Identify and address technical and system configuration issues.
  • Suggest feature and product enhancements to development teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for functional and technical troubleshooting for global teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
  • Analyze the feasibility of and develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design meets user needs; track and document changes for functional and business specifications; create detailed procedures for end users and training purposes.
  • Participate in test case definition, user acceptance testing, and testing of new system functionality. Develop training materials and conduct formal training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • BSCS or Computer Science graduate with relevant experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
  • Ability to quickly learn software platforms and related dependencies using various methods.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and projects.
  • Capacity to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Desire to grow professionally within a fast-growing organization.
