Job Description

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring success within scope, timeline, and resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish project goals, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a visionary leader, fostering an environment of high performance and teamwork.
  • Cultivate relationships between teams and stakeholders, protecting the team from external disruptions.
  • Promote open communication, transparency, and predictability while emphasizing quality delivery, continuous improvement, and overall program execution.
  • Empower team creativity and strive for improved efficiency in software development.
  • Manage Scrum teams developing products using Agile methodology.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, coordinate meetings, schedule demos and decision-making processes.
  • Organize and facilitate sprint planning sessions.
  • Support Product Owners in maintaining product backlogs in optimal shape for upcoming sprints.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a commitment to learning, embodying behavioral attributes such as respect, integrity, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Resolve conflicts using Scrum values of commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
  • Maintain expertise in estimation and planning, creating practical plans for software development projects.
  • Integrate Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work products.
  • Analyze team feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
