IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  2. Support daily updates and maintenance on company computers, guaranteeing optimal system performance.
  3. Manage and address troubleshooting for users, providing timely solutions to technical problems.
  4. Resolve and maintain printer-related concerns, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  5. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and instruments, ensuring accurate records and efficient asset management.
  6. Ensure updates on firewalls and antivirus applications across all PCs, safeguarding against potential threats.
  7. Manage and maintain MikroTik firewalls and VPN configurations, securing our network and protecting sensitive data.
  8. Address LAN/WAN connectivity issues effectively, facilitating seamless communication between departments.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve IP cameras and IP PABX issues, maintaining high-quality video and voice communications.
  10. Oversee Esxi server maintenance and virtual machine operations, optimizing server performance and efficiency.
  11. Liaise with third parties for IT equipment and software maintenance with management approval, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of IT support experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac/Linux, networking, and IT infrastructure, with a strong understanding of current technologies.
  • Experience with MikroTik, VPNs, LAN/WAN, IP cameras, and IP PABX, with a focus on security and reliability.
  • Knowledge of VMware ESXi servers and virtual environments, with expertise in migration and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
