Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the full cycle recruitment process for traditional and emerging technology based roles. You will be an advisor to business leaders and HR partners, strategizing to fill job vacancies.

• You will conduct thorough intake conversations with creative directors, capturing the essence of each role to effectively write enticing job descriptions for candidates.
• Your pro-active sourcing and recruitment practices will identify exceptional talent through social media, networking, street marketing, and other savvy sources related to each role.

• A minimum of strong full life-cycle technical recruitment experience is required, along with a personal network of quality developers.
